About Find Top Dentists

A standard worth putting a name behind.

Find Top Dentists exists for one reason: to help patients seeking quality care find the dentists who hold themselves to the highest standards of integrity — clinically and morally.

Why We Exist

Choosing a dentist shouldn't be a guess.

Search for a dentist today and you're met with ads, rankings, and star ratings that say little about what actually happens in the chair — whether the treatment plan you're given is the one you need, whether costs are explained honestly, whether the person holding the drill never stopped learning. Find Top Dentists was created to cut through that noise.

A dentist is nominated, completes a questionnaire covering their credentials, education and clinical work, and signs a written attestation that what they have submitted is accurate. An editor reviews the file before anything is published. We do not independently verify credentials or licence standing with state boards, and we do not collect or publish patient reviews.

Lists are published city by city and specialty by specialty, each dentist with a profile page stating the position they hold and the rule it was computed from.

What Listing Requires

Three things every listed dentist has in common.

I — Honesty

Straight answers and honest treatment plans — recommending the care a patient needs, not the care that pays best, with options and costs explained plainly.

II — Integrity

The same standard when no one's watching — accountable to patients, teams, and the profession.

III — Commitment to Education

A career-long pursuit of learning — continuing education well beyond what licensure requires, and the patience to educate patients, too.

How It Works

Nominated on merit. Reviewed before publication.

Dentists are nominated — by themselves or a colleague — through a detailed questionnaire covering credentials, education, patient care, and clinical work. The nominee signs an attestation that the information is accurate and current, and an editor reviews the full file before anything is published.

Signed attestations are kept on file. Case studies are published only where the submitting dentist has attested that they hold the patient's written authorisation.
